IT Project Manager

Description

As a Project Manager at Pontevo, you will oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet client expectations and are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams, including Design and Technology, to manage resources, schedules, and project deliverables. Your leadership will be pivotal in maintaining high satisfaction levels among our clients.

What You'll Do

Lead the planning and implementation of project tasks and resources.
Manage project scope, schedule, and cost to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and according to scope.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

Qualifications

Proven working experience as a project manager in the information technology sector.
Solid technical background with an understanding of software development and web technologies.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.
PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
